The best handstand program going

If I could give 10 gold stars I would. I have been using this program for a week now and I absolutely love it. It has been designed by the lovely Natalie who is so easy to like from the videos and her Instagram page- she knows what it is like to *not* be able to do handstands and the reasons why. As so her program is designed to help everyone- no matter what their ability is. I bought a different handstand program last year that was designed for people who could at least kick up to the wall, and that skill I have never been able to master, not even as a child. With Natalie I kicked up to the wall in a week. What’s more, Natalie gives feedback and tips on what I need to work on and change, all the while providing encouragement and hope that I will get there….and I believe her, I think I will one day do a press to handstand. I don’t know when that day will be but I’m going to have a lot of fun along the way following her program. Thank you Natalie.

Amazing Program

This program is exactly what I needed. I've been struggling with hold times in my handstand practice this program is helping me fine-tune and clean up my bad habits. I am already seeing noticeable improvement after only using this program a few times. Definitely going to stick with it and proceed to the next program after this one gets too easy. Highly reccommend.

Really helpful to progress

Hands down the best Handstand program out there and I’ve tried several. Not only do you get the workouts, drills, and tools for your handstand practice but you get the support from Natalie. Frequently Asked Questions

Which level should I start with?
Start with Level 1 if you’re brand new or unsure how to fall safely out of a handstand. Choose Level 2 if you can already kick up and bail out confidently.

How long can I use the program?
Forever. You’ll have lifetime access to the PDF and videos.

How long does each workout take?
Each session lasts between 30 and 90 minutes, depending on the level and your pace.

I can kick up but can’t hold. Should I start this program?
Yes. The program focuses on the drills and strength needed to move from kick-ups to controlled holds.

Do I need to be strong or flexible?
No, the program builds both as you go.

Do I need a training partner?
No. It’s designed for solo training, but practicing with a friend can make it even more fun.

Do I need any equipment?
All you need is some space and a wall. A yoga block, strap, or foam roller is helpful but optional.
