Every year their is that weird time between Christmas and new year where traditionally people eat and drink far too much and don’t really entertain any form of exercise.

Well THM is here to turn that upside down and is hosting some special one off classes to get you moving and improving your handstand before 2022 is over.

These classes are open to all levels. In the 1.5 hour classes, we will be going through a thorough warm up with lots of stretching, followed by handstand conditioning before we then move onto Handstands drills catered to your level.

The aim of this class is have fun, get upside down and get you moving over twixmas.

Spaces are limited to book as soon as you can to avoid disappointed.

This class is for over 18s only.

THE COACH

Handstand Addict and Founder of THM. Natalie has been helping people get upside down since she started the movement back in April 2020 and started coaching in person in May 2021. Since then she has had lots of experience with a variety of people at different stages of their handstand journey and helped them all learn the fundaments of a handstand and along with building their strength and confidence to perform one. Natalie is a self-declared handstand addict so be prepared for lots of enthusiasm! Natalie will be heading up the workshop.
