20 Precut 10” x 2″ Strips
Kinesiology taping is designed for use while exercising, playing sports, sports injuries, and undergoing physiotherapy. To aid in the prevention and recovery of injuries, reduce pain and inflammation, and support the muscles and ligaments. It helps reduce muscle fatigue, helps promote blood flow, and is water-resistant.
With a stretch capability of up to 170%, similar to the skin. Similar weight and thickness to the human skin also allow the ability for the tape to stretch in different directions with the skin and muscles ensuring total comfort and flexibility, this allows for an unrestrictive full range of motion. The wave pattern is 100% acrylic adhesive coating hypoallergenic.
One of the reasons we decided to create our own branded tape was more specifically to help support the wrists whilst doing handstands. If you are fairly new to training handstands, unless you have really good grip strength you will find that your wrists tire out quite quickly. Having tape on the wrist can help alleviate some of the pressure on the wrists whilst you are training. If you are suffering from constant pain in the wrists we suggest you consult with a therapist. Even though we have designed this tape for the wrists it can actually be applied anywhere.
Small Cotton THM bag to keep your tape can be purchased with the tape.

Prior To Applying The Tape:
Your skin needs to be free of oil, sweat, lotion, or water.
When To Apply The Tape:
To allow the tape’s glue to adhere fully to your skin, apply the tape half an hour before you train. The tape will then withstand the athletic activity without coming off.
Try to avoid over-stretching the tape. This will help with avoiding any skin irritation. When applying to wrist ensure you create fist with your hand whilst applying this will ensure you don’t make it too tight
