Manchester Handstand Class 6th February 2023

Location: Fit City Ordsall, Craven Dr, Salford M5 3DJ
This class is open to all levels. In the 1.5 hour classes, we will be going through a thorough warm up with lots of stretching, followed by handstand conditioning before we then move onto Handstands drills catered to your level.
Spaces are limited to book as soon as you can to avoid disappointed.
There is free parking available on site just please ensure you add your number plate into the tablet on reception upon entry.
This class is for over 18s only.
THE COACH
Natalie (@theoutspoken30s) –
Handstand Addict and Founder of THM. Natalie has been helping people get upside down since she started the movement back in April 2020 and started coaching in person in May 2021. Since then she has had lots of experience with a variety of people at different stages of their handstand journey and helped them all learn the fundaments of a handstand and along with building their strength and confidence to perform one. Natalie is a self-declared handstand addict so be prepared for lots of enthusiasm! Natalie will be heading up the workshop.
