7:00 PM: Warm Welcome: Get settles in and accquainted with your surroundings
7:30 PM: Dinner/Tea – Nourish your body and soul with a delicious meal setting the tone for the days ahead.
8:30 PM: Restorative Yoga Flow – Ease into the evening with a gentle yoga session, calming your mind and preparing for restful sleep.
Friday & Saturday
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Breakfast
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Handstand Workshop – Embark on a journey of balance and grace, guided by experienced instructors to unlock the secrets of the handstand.
1:15 PM – 2:15 PM: Lunch – Refuel with a satisfying midday meal.
2:15 PM – 4:30 PM: Free Time
4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Yoga Workshop – Enhance flexibility and master arm balances.
7:00 PM: Dinner – Share a delicious meal with fellow participants, fostering connections in a relaxed atmosphere.
8:00 PM: Restorative Yoga Flow – Ease into the evening with a gentle yoga session, calming your mind and preparing for restful sleep.
Sunday
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Breakfast – Enjoy a leisurely morning meal as you prepare for the final day.
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Handstand Workshop Finanle – Bring together everything you’ve learned throughout the weekend for a comprehensive handstand practice.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Farewell Lunch: Reflect on your experiences over a final meal together.
1:30 PM: See You Later!: It’s time to say our goodbyes and head back into the real world.

Natalie is a passionate Handstand Enthusiast and the visionary Founder of THM (The Handstand Movement). With an unwavering commitment to helping others experience the exhilarating world of handstands,
Natalie initiated this movement in April 2020 and began her coaching journey in May 2021. Since embarking on this path, Natalie has cultivated extensive expertise by working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels, tailoring her guidance to meet their unique handstand aspirations.
Her coaching prowess lies in guiding aspiring handstand enthusiasts through the fundamental principles, empowering them to develop strength, balance, and the unwavering confidence necessary to master this dynamic art form.
Fueled by her deep passion for handstands, Natalie’s infectious energy and unyielding dedication have inspired countless individuals on their own handstand journeys. Her commitment to sharing her love for handstands with others is unparalleled, ensuring an atmosphere of enthusiasm, support, and boundless motivation at every workshop she leads.

Amy Lutton (@_roots_yoga)
Amy has practised Yoga for around 13 years. She qualified as a teacher in 2019. Since then, she has completed further 450 hours in training in Bali, India and London.
She loves getting into the nitty – gritty of postures. This means she incorporates movements beyond what your would see in a more traditional Yoga class. She uses intelligent sequencing to build in specific strength, flexibilit and mobility exercises to help unlock some of the more challenging postures.
Embracing what you have is part of Amy’s ethos, she believes that a lot of what holds us back is in our minds rather than our bodies.
She loves giving people the space to have a got at things that wouldn’t have normally, while equally encouraging people to take a step back if that’s what feels right too.
RETREAT COST

We strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone. Sharing a twin room is a great way to get to know someone a little better too. There will be lots to do outside of Yoga and Handstands so that we all get to know each other a little better
Will I be okay if I’m coming alone?

I can’t do a handstand, can I still come?
Absolutely! The weekend will have three workshops dedicatetd to learning handstand – these will be mixed level classes with something to suit everyone.
Do I need to have done lots of Yoga before?
The Yoga sessions will be fairly physical, so a reasonable base strength and mobility will probably make it more enjoyable. However, the great thing about Yoga is that you can take or leave what yo like; if you lie on your mat the whole time and no one will bat an eye-lid.
