I’ve been training handstands for a while now but wanted a solid surface to practice at home. A quick google search yielded this item which looked perfect. I like the finish and the practicality of the handle and this is now getting daily use in my home gym. Having a solid surface to push on makes a huge difference. Very happy with my purchase 😁
USFeeling More Stable!
This board has really made a huge difference in my handstand practice. I love that it has the list of things I need to do while upside down. “Breathe, Engage your Fingers, Engage your Core” etc. It also provides great stability on uneven surfaces. I’m so glad I decided to purchase this board.
GBAmazing for beginners
As a beginner with a lack of space in my house, I was struggling with grip. The board has provided a strong, stable surface for me to progress with my handstands. I will continue to use this as my handstands improve and will be taking it to the gym with me! Would highly recommend!

The handstand board arrived quickly, very well packaged and with the loveliest hand written message, making it extra special. I find this board so useful for practicing handstands in my house, on carpet, as well as rough terrain outside. The handle makes it easy to carry and maneuver around wherever you need. Using this board has helped reduce pains I was getting in my wrists training on carpet and has helped reduce injury from training on uneven grounds.

The Handstand Movement Large Balance board is handmade using 18mm furniture grade Baltic Birch plywood painted black and finished with anti slip varnish to increase grip. This board has been designed with a handle so it can be carried around for handstand training anywhere on any surface.
With beginners in mind this board is larger and has a bigger surface area for you to practice handstands on along with the cues on the back to remind you what you need to do hold a handstand.
The front of this board can also be customised with your initials for only £4.99.
If you wish to add a logo simply drop us an email or message on instagram and we will organise for you.
This board will help protect your hands and wrists from any uneven or poor quality surfaces. In particular when training on concrete, carpet or squishy flooring.
We do recommend using a yoga mat of some form when on a slippery surface to avoid the board from sliding.
