The Handstand Movement cork massage ball is the must have handstand accessory. Designed to trigger point and target tight hard to reach areas, loosening them up and therefore an ideal addition to your handstand warm up!

As they are made from cork, they are free from toxic chemicals making them sustainable and vegan friendly. Cork bark is naturally antibacterial, eradicating germs and bacteria that cause bad odours, so you can breathe easy knowing that your cork roller isn’t home to any nasties.

The ball is also very lightweight and compact, making it perfect for travel. It can be used anywhere on the body, which is particularly great for getting in and around the shoulders when training handstands! Either roll against a wall or the floor and let gravity take control!
